Ever get to mid-morning and the day just hasn't got off on the right footing? 

Here's a 3 minute reset to save you writing off the day! 

The first step is to make a conscious decision to:

Pause.

Allow the spaciousness around these words slow you down.

Be still, still with these words, as long as you need.

Be silent, no talking, just receiving.

Birds. The wind. The computer.

Bring your attention to physical sensations happening in the body in this moment.

In the feet, tingling, prickling, warmth, moisture, contact.

In the legs,

arms,

chest.

Notice what is appearing in the emotional field. Allow it.

Don't hold onto it. Let it rise and fade.

Notice what's in the cognitive space, again without holding on.

Notice the 'you' that is being here with all of this, the constant within this physio-emotional-cognitive experience.

Breathe the fresh air my friend.

Now create your intention for the day and go get 'em!
